Shipping Policy

At ExactPour we work to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible. Below you will find all the information about our delivery times, rates and shipping conditions.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or at the weekend are processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Zones and Rates

Mainland Spain:

  • Orders up to €49.99: standard shipping rate of €4.99.

  • Orders of €50 or more: free shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

  • Shipping rate according to destination, as indicated during the checkout process.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days.

  • Local customs duties not included in the price may apply.

European Union:

  • Orders up to €74.99: shipping rate of €8.99.

  • Orders of €75 or more: free shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days.

International (outside the EU):

  • Orders up to €99.99: shipping rate of €12.99.

  • Orders of €100 or more: free shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 business days.

  • Customs duties and local taxes payable by the recipient may apply.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking system. You will be able to check the status of your shipment in real time at any time.

If the estimated delivery period has passed and you have not yet received your order, we recommend checking the shipment status using your tracking number before contacting us. Our team will be happy to help if you notice any issue.

4. Delivery Delays

The delivery times stated are estimates based on information provided by the shipping carriers. ExactPour accepts no liability for delays caused by the carrier, customs incidents, strikes, force majeure events or incorrect details provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

5. Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided in the order is correct and complete. ExactPour accepts no liability for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@merxxa.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made if the order has already been dispatched.

6. Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence without collection from the post office, refusal of the parcel), the cost of re-delivery shall be borne by the customer. If re-delivery is not required, the product amount will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

7. Damage in Transit

If upon receiving your order you notice that the packaging shows visible damage, we recommend noting this on the carrier's delivery note at the time of delivery and photographing the condition of the parcel before opening it. Please contact us at info@merxxa.com within a maximum of 24 hours, attaching the photographs, so that we can handle the incident with the carrier.
