2. Purpose

ExactPour sells professional wine measuring devices designed to ensure precision in beverage service in hospitality establishments and for domestic use. These Terms govern the contractual relationship between ExactPour and users who make purchases through the online store.

3. Capacity to Contract

To make a purchase at ExactPour, the user must be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By completing an order, the user declares and warrants that they meet these requirements.

4. Products and Descriptions

ExactPour takes the utmost care in the description and representation of its products. However, the images shown are for illustrative purposes only and may present slight variations from the final product, particularly with regard to colour or finish, due to the configuration of display devices.

In the event that a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, ExactPour undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to offer an alternative solution or a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Prices and VAT

All prices published in the store include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are expressed in euros (€). ExactPour reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will always be processed at the price in effect at the time they were placed.

6. Purchase Process and Order Confirmation

The purchase process is carried out through the online store. The customer selects the products, adds them to the cart, completes the payment process and receives a confirmation by email. The sales contract is concluded at the moment ExactPour sends said confirmation.

ExactPour reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:

• Obvious error in the published price.

• Lack of stock availability.

• Reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud or identity theft.

• Breach of these Terms of Service.

7. Payment Methods

ExactPour accepts the payment methods available on its platform. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways with SSL encryption. ExactPour does not store bank card details on its systems.

8. Liability

ExactPour accepts no liability for damages arising from improper, negligent or non-compliant use of the product. ExactPour's maximum liability to the customer is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ExactPour website, including texts, images, logos, graphic design and source code, is the exclusive property of ExactPour or its suppliers, and is protected by current intellectual and industrial property legislation. Its reproduction, distribution or public communication without prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.

ExactPour reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Amendments will take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continued use of the store after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
